itty garden on the construction siteNo work at all yesterday. today it’s sunny and fresh, we’ve still got water in our back yard but the water on the construction site is gone. they’re hitting the steel i-beams with sledgehammers, it sounds like a metal staircase being hit. the bulldozers are still fixing the stream corner, the sw corner of the building where the buried broken conduit pipe is eroding the dirt on the ramp every time it rains. they’re moving rebar.

husband says there’s a concrete pipe the size of my desk and as long as this room up on the corner and they’ve been moving it around.

also that they’ve planted a little garden on the northwest corner. summer annuals, and a few penstemmon i want to rescue for my garden when they dig them up to put down pansies for the winter.
