Construction Saturday 9/16 January 11, 2007

Posted by jeanne in construction news, Urban Development.

after a rain on the construction siteThey were on site laying in the water and/or sewer pipes, involving a small truck for awhile, cutting with saws. The far gate (corner of Bissey) that had no lock for a long time, and is now a double gate with a brand new lock and chain, was open and they were in there. i left big wet footprints when i went to the edge to take a picture.

sunny and cool, except when the sun is out, and then hot and sticky. no rain the last few days, a big high over us. all hurricanes shooting straight north from the middle of the atlantic. we’re going to have to wait until they start forming inside the islands. hm. and when will that be? november? feh. another no-good hurricane season. see mother of storms for contrasting tale.
