Weekend. Nothing. Everything is planed nicely on the surface, at the bottom of the first dig. Not sure about the vault, but it’s got to be plugged anyway. Wonder what ever happened to the cement trucks they were expecting all week.

ednesday 6/7 More white guys in hardhats. They’re continuing the fence line, they’ve only got another couple of panel lengths to go. The contractors are all single-race companies, working side by side, sort of.

They’re cutting up the street out front. At 9:30 there came this awful grinding and a terrible burning smell. A big saw being pushed down the street. All of our street from maine. Cars whizz past.

Rebar arrived on a flatbed out back. The rebar truck had the same bambambqambam thing happen when he tried to come up the ramp and onto the street. Hah.
